We see your need for a real solution, an online tool for inventors around the world to utilize in it's simplest and most economical form, to bring your new invention ideas to reality.  You can use our pay as you go process to get started quickly and take each process one step at a time, taking as much time as you wish,  and controlling te investment in your new idea.

Jeff Orlik

Co-Founder & President/CEO

Jeff Orlik brings years of business and technology experience to the YourDesignFactory team. Jeff has worked with many of the Nations largest financial institutions, where he was instrumental in creating mission critical business systems and implementing real business solutions.  He has a unique ability to simplify highly complex concepts and break them into easy to understand components.  Jeff’s entrepreneurial approach, intense customer focus, strong leadership and creative out-of-the-box thinking embody what YDF stands for.  Under Jeff’s new leadership, YDF is creating a solid footprint on the invention landscape.


 Neil Ganz

Co-Founder & Board Advisor 

Neil Ganz brings more than twenty years of experience in Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, design and Overseas Business Development to YourDesignFactory. Prior to founding YourDesignFactory, Mr. Ganz founded GPX International Tire Company, an International tire and wheel manufacturing company with more than 500 million in sales annually. Neil has travelled the globe and has helped build and launch factories and created many valuable contacts along the way.
 

Bob White 

Co-Founder & Board Advisor 

Bob White brings years of invention knowledge to the YourDesignFactory experience. Prior to founding YourDesignFactory, Mr. White invented the Mommy I'm Here electronic child locator. Within five years of introducing the product to Domestic and International markets, he has created a successful, growing business that is gaining traction worldwide and brings with him many contacts and invention experience that will prove to be beneficial to YourDesignFactory.com clients. Bob's products can be seen in Amazon, Costco.com, One Step Ahead, Sensational Beginnings and others, just to name a few. His experience and relationships are essential in the YourDesignFactory.com customer experience.


Raju Arivazagan

Co-Founder & Board Advisor

Raju started his engineering career twenty years ago, working for renowned machine builders, aerospace and defense companies from the U.K. and Singapore. During these years, Raju set up infrastructure in the local factories, travelled the world, involved himself in technology transfers, and negotiated contracts with companies around the world to develop viable, cost effective manufacturing solutions. Raju now operates his own successful business and represents companies from NZ, Australia, India and Korea. He also operates a consulting arm that assists local SME's and overseas clients in organizational development and market feasability. With his extensive network of manufacturing and design partners and design knowledge, Raju will provide a valuable service to the customers of YourDesignFactory.com.
